Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. but never a PO Box). Or, you can select "In-Store Pick Up (no shipping)" and pick up the order in-store.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent your registered email address. You can also find your tracking number by logging in to my account and clicking on your order number.
Where should I park my bike in the historical centre?
Use the metal bike racks. Don’t block narrow sidewalks or lean bikes against old church walls — police
may move them.
